Rising Tide Community Academy(the Academy) Faith Base Education Initiatives

Faith based neighborhood partnerships are cornerstone to economic development, security, and education for cities and counties across the nation.  Our teachers and administrators are part of the fabric of local communities.  Our joint capacity to develop federal, state, and local partnerships is corollary to government's proven desire to increase the reach of public good through inclusive strategies.

Our "Partnerships for the Common Good" (PCG) Initiative associates the faith and determination of citizenry with a new era of responsibility.  The eternal vison that we roll up our sleeves together for a common good gives yield to both governance and kindness.

Community and faith-based organizations can support academic achievement by partnering with school districts to help them in their efforts to improve lowperforming schools.

Organizations can create, implement, and support programs that have been shown to be successful in boosting school attendance, decreasing negative student behavior, improving academic performance, and increasing access to post-secondary education.

"A Partnership Guide for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations ", this toolkit was produced by the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, led by the Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  (Page 18, 1. Part of the nature of the research performed at the Institute involves the appropriate solicitation of federal competitive grants.  This is a partnership activity typically performed among members. Critical to this process is the requisite manpower to manage the compliance to relevant law and policy.

Because of the trust that government agencies and clients place in these organizations, financial partnerships must be characterized by their ability to both uphold the free exercise of religion and to prevent the establishment of religion.

Faith in Action

Education is a critical pathway to success for individuals and families. Partnerships between schools and faith-based and community organizations can help to achieve this goal of educational success for all students.  The Academy's vision for America is a thriving economy born from community support towards excellence.

The Academy is recruiting for faith group participation in our 2025 program year.
